Congratulations to the young people at Chepstow Baptist Church for organising a hugely successful barn dance as part of their Talent £10 Challenge. They got the idea after discussing how to use the £10 provided by FYT. "We tried to think of an event we could organise which everyone would enjoy," explains 12 year old group member Lucy McDaid. The young people publicised the event themselves, helped provide live music on the night and sold home made cakes and refreshments to hungry punters. The event was enjoyed by adults and children alike and helped the group turn their £10 in £220, making them our top Talents fundraisers so far. Yee-hah!
