Frontier Youth Trust is a home for pioneering youth work. We believe that another world is possible.

We are a movement of pioneer youth workers and projects, calling others to the margins. Together, we are a growing movement of people who are advocating for positive change, speaking up for young people, challenging injustice and building church on the edge. We are recruiting for a Movement Advocate to amplify our shared voice.

Our dream is more youth work, and better youth work, for young people everywhere – especially those on the margins. Frontier Youth Trust  provides training and coaching for practitioners, and creates opportunities for sharing ideas, theological reflection, and highlighting inspiring practice. We are a home for pioneer youth workers; a place to belong, to be resourced, and renewed.

We are looking for someone who has a gift and passion for prophetic communication to join our leadership team. The right person will have significant experience of youth work in a pioneering context and in facilitating theological reflection in others. Using a variety of media and strategies, the Movement Advocate will speak out about the work of those in our movement – to inspire, challenge, encourage and champion, drawing people towards engaging in and supporting pioneering youth work.
